Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential buyers in international markets.
  • Assist in export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate with logistics and freight partners for timely delivery of shipments.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders for international clients.
  • Communicate with overseas clients via email and calls regarding product specifications, pricing, and order updates.
  • Maintain and update export sales records, databases, and lead tracking sheets.
  • Assist in pricing strategy and cost analysis for international markets.
  • Support in trade exhibitions, promotional activities, and virtual business meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with export policies, INCOTERMS, and documentation standards.

Key Deliverables:

  • Market research report on potential international buyers and target regions.
  • Updated database of international clients and leads.
  • Properly prepared and verified export documentation for shipments.
  • Weekly report on client communication, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Support in at least one complete export transaction from quotation to dispatch.
  • Improved turnaround time for document preparation and communication.
  • Contribution to sales and marketing materials for international promotion.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in export, international trade, and machinery industry.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of export procedures will be an added advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Salary : 15-20k
