Customer Service Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Provide detailed information on products and services. Answer questions, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Sales Support Assist customers in making purchase decisions and recommend products based on their needs. Upsell or cross-sell products to boost sales. Process transactions at the cash register, including returns and exchanges. 3. Stock Management Maintain an organized, visually appealing display of products. Restock shelves, ensure displays are attractive, and inventory is well-maintained. Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the sales manager. 4. Product Knowledge Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and trends in the industry. Share product knowledge and offer insights on best sellers or seasonal items. 5. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with other sales assistants, team members, and managers. Support sales initiatives, promotions, and store events. Communicate effectively to ensure seamless store operations. 6. Administrative Tasks Handle paperwork related to sales, exchanges, and inventory. Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer transactions.

Pay: ₹17,086.00 - ₹28,102.38 per month
