The Operations Associate - Teacher Journey is responsible for providing logístical support to the Teacher Journey team. This majorly involves the following:

- 1. Creation, Managing, Constant Updation of the database of all the school teachers the organisation works with.

2. Setting up links for training sessions and sending out invites to the target audience.

4. Follow Up with attendees to ensure max participation in sessions.

5. Maintaining attendance records, reports, and feedback on the sessions conducted.

6. Helping with basic research, session design and session execution

1. Minimum graduate in any field.

2. Desirable to have a learning interest in one of the following:
a. Values education

b. Life skills education

c. Social-emotional learning

3. High level of written & spoken proficiency in English.

4. Proficiency in MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt, etc), G-suite tools (google sheets, forms, etc.), video and audio tools (Zoom, Meet, Microsoft Teams, Kahoot etc)

5. Knowledge of digital collaborative tools and/or willingness to explore to ease the workflow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year

- Day shift
