Job Description Termgrid is building a new SaaS / Fintech category in the debt capital markets and we are seeking to add an Operations Associate to our team. This role is a super critical part of the company as our customers are executing high profile and time-sensitive transactions on our platform and our success depends on delivering a consistent and reliable platform. It is a super exciting time for the company. We just hit major commercial adoption milestones, raised a financing round from top-tier investors and are on the brink of massive product expansion to fuel future growth.We need someone who can not only keep pace but help us to accelerate even faster.More than anything, we seek an operations associate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail and can work independently to achieve the goals. As an Operations Associate, you will: Assist in managing daily operational tasks, ensuring timely execution and accuracy. Support process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Collect, maintain, and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation as needed. Assist the operations team with ad hoc activities and projects as needed. Oversee the smooth running of office facilities, including maintenance and supplies. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a comfortable and functional workspace. Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and liaising with candidates. Assist in onboarding new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the company. Plan and organize team outings, events, and celebrations to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5 6 years of experience in operations, administrative, or related roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with operations-related software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
