Role Purpose:

The Operations Associate at Practo will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing customer relationships, overseeing order processes, and ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

.Support the sales team in managing and maintaining customer relationships.

.Oversee and manage order processes, including order entry, administration, and shipping.

.Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report on key metrics.

.Coordinate with different departments to ensure operations align with the overall business strategy.

.Assist in the planning and implementation of operational strategies to achieve sales goals.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

.Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.

.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
