**Position**: Telesales Executive
**Responsibilities**:
- Nurture and convert assigned leads into sales, targeting retail, institutional, and HORECA sectors.
- Proactively identify potential customers from various sources and initiate outbound calls.
- Effectively introduce and explain our products, highlighting their value to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions through consultative selling.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to capture interest and attention.
- Build lasting relationships through follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and concerns.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in telesales or outbound sales with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated with both independent and team collaboration skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
**Education and Experience**:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Advantageous: Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
