Job Title: Telesales Executive

Brand: Maidvy (under Trade Name Logibyte Technologies)

Salary Offered: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team for Maidvy, a trusted brand operated under Logibyte Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our maid and domestic help services, and converting leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services offered.
  • Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide detailed information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred (freshers with good communication are welcome).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email handling).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Work Details:

  • Location: Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi
  • Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Sunday fixed off
