- **Needs Analysis**:Understand the client's specific needs and requirements to tailor sales pitches.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiate prices, contracts, and other terms with clients.
- **Closing Sales**:Successfully secure bookings and sales for the restaurant.
- **Reporting**:Track sales performance and report on client interactions and sales activities.
- **Follow-up**:Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and build rapport.
- **Strong sales and negotiation skills**: Ability to present, persuade, and close deals.
