Background and Requirements

**Who are we looking for?**

Managing Team of Exam Security Force spread across India

Defining Scope and KRA’s of Team members/security agencies (ESF)

Communicate and co-ordinate with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals

Direct reporting to National Admin Head - TCSiON on day to day activities, incident management, status dashboard etc

Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progress

Managing calls and discussions

End to end Exam day and non exam day Security management and Team coordination

Ensuring zero incident on Exam day

Recruitment, Training and talent development of Team Members & Exam Security Force

Manage Relationship with Security Agencies

Should be able to work during odd hrs

Overall ownership of activities involved to ensure Security of exams venues

Take preventive and corrective steps to strengthen the security arrangements at Exam Venues

Coordinate with RADM/ZADM on security related matters

Implement and manage reporting structure/requirements within ESF

Take initiative to introduce technology in managing the Exam security arrangements

Oversee Invoice processing and issues resolutions from agencies

Keep oneself trained on latest technology and happening in Security area

Participate in Identifying and negotiating with New Security Agencies

Compliance monitoring related to ESF

Any other duty/job assigned from time to time
