We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Student Counsellor to join our growing team. As a Student Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling students in our IT training courses. You will be responsible for:

- **Cold calling prospective students**: Contacting potential students from our database and generated leads to introduce them to our courses.
- **Counselling and advising students**: Understanding students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable IT courses.
- **Promoting courses and programs**: Effectively communicating the benefits and value of our training programs to prospective students.
- **Handling inquiries and resolving concerns**: Addressing student queries and concerns regarding course content, fees, schedules, and career prospects.
- **Achieving enrollment targets**: Working towards and achieving monthly or quarterly student enrollment targets.
- **Maintaining student records**: Accurately updating and maintaining student information in our database.
- **Following up with leads**: Regularly following up with prospective students to nurture their interest and encourage enrollment.
- **Staying updated on industry trends**: Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the IT industry and the job market to provide relevant career advice to students.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: Ability to build rapport with students and effectively communicate complex information.
- **Strong persuasion and negotiation skills**: Ability to convince and influence prospective students to enroll in our courses.
- **Target-oriented and results-driven**: Proven track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets.
- **Proficiency in Telugu and English**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. (Adapt languages as needed)
- **Prior experience in student counselling, tele-counselling, or a related sales role is highly desirable.**:

- **Bachelor's degree in any field.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
