Ads Executive

**Position Overview**: The Ads Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive customer engagement and conversions. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills to effectively design ads, manage budgets, and analyze campaign performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**General Responsibilities**:

- **Landing Page Creation and A/B Testing**:

- Develop and optimize landing pages using tools like SwipePages, conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- **Conversion Tracking Setup**:

- Coordinate with developers to set up conversion tracking codes to accurately measure campaign performance.
- **Lead Integration**:

- Set up lead integration using Pabbly to ensure seamless data flow and management.
- **Ad Creation**:

- Utilize tools like ChatGPT to generate creative ad copies and designs for various campaigns.
- **Client Communication and Reporting**:

- Provide daily reports to clients on campaign performance and take feedback on lead quality and volume.
- Ensure timely approvals from clients for ads and campaign adjustments.

**Platform-Specific Responsibilities**:
**For Facebook Ads**:

- **Account Management**:

- Manage and oversee the Facebook Business Manager account, ensuring all campaign elements are correctly configured.
- **Campaign Setup and Management**:

- Create and manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and set up WhatsApp API for direct communication and advertising.
- **Creative Development**:

- Develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives for use on social platforms.

**For Google Ads**:

- **Account Setup and Management**:

- Set up and manage client accounts on Google Ads, ensuring compliance with Google’s advertising policies.
- **Campaign Types**:

- Manage various types of campaigns including local search, broader search campaigns, and YouTube video ads.
- **Optimization**:

- Continuously monitor and optimize ads for performance enhancements, adjusting bids, and refining targeting based on campaign data.

**Tools and Software**:

- Proficient use of advertising management tools and software to streamline campaign setup, management, and reporting.

**Creative Execution**:

- Ensure all ad creatives and copies are consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Regularly update ad creatives based on performance data and client feedback.

**Efficiency and Timeliness**:

- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and within budget, with regular updates and adjustments based on performance analytics.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital advertising, specifically with Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, lead generation, and online advertising strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
- Creativity in designing ad copies and visual content.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and report generation.

**Reporting Line**:

- The Ads Executive will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager or the Head of Advertising, depending on the organizational structure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,267.53 - ₹30,160.43 per month
