**Working Hours -** 9 hours shift with 1 hour break

**Morning Shift -** 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

**Day Shift -** 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

**Night Shift -** 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM

**Working days -** 5 days a week of the 7 days in the week

**Offered CTC -** Rs.3.25 LPA Fixed + Performance Bonus + Shift Allowances _(As Applicable)_

**Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for our professionals & customers
- Be a product expert, assisting new and existing professionals with any queries that they may have
- Ability to handle unresolved questions from customers
- To ensure satisfactory resolution of various issues
- Ensuring high service delivery & customer satisfaction levels
- Required Skills and Experience (add desirable skills if necessary)
- Strong in spoken & written English, with a clear and confident communication style
- Problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge about using a laptop/computer with above-average typing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in an International process
- Driven & motivated with a great work ethic
- An eagerness to learn and progress within the company
- Self-starter
