**Experience**: Min 1 year exp in BPO (Voice or Non voice)

**Work Location** **:Work from Home**

**Office located at Bangalore**

6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

**Shifts**: 24/7 shifts **( Work from Home)**

**Salary**: 20k CTC

**All of the resources hired on WAHA should have below system prerequisites**:

- Core i5 gen 7 or above
- 8GB RAM
- genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these endpoints at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples)
- Camera availability is must
- =40Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed)
- Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system
- Compatible USB headsets for WFH users
- UPS is mandatory
- EDR installation is a must.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Utilizing the computer system to look up for compatible parts as per customer requirement.
- Ensuring the customers that the orders are appropriately processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to the customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer
- Ensure that urgent customer issues are resolved in the most timely and effective manner possible
- Handle various tasks or projects with changing priorities
- Successfully solve problems and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concer.
