**Job Title - Customer non voice process.**

**Experience - 1 to 2 years**

**Job location - HSR Layout. Bangalore.**

**Skills - Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or related roles.**
**Excellent typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail.**
**Proficiency in using data entry software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and CRM systems.**
**Strong organizational and time-management skills**

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update customer information into the database or CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Verify and cross-check data to ensure correctness and resolve discrepancies.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper customer records in compliance with company policies.
Process customer orders, requests, and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Generate and prepare reports on customer data as requested by management.
Assist in data cleaning and data validation tasks to ensure data integrity.
Respond to customer inquiries related to their data, orders, or account information.
Collaborate with customer service and other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information.
Perform regular backups of customer data and ensure data is securely stored.
Maintain confidentiality of all customer information and adhere to privacy regulations.
