**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**E2E Function**: The job holder will provide the service delivery function for BT GS managed voice services setting a service obsessed and continuous improvement environment. Ensure a world class service to meet and exceed the demanding expectations of the major corporate market segment for the e2e service journey. This will involve delivering world-class excellence on customer service, service reliability, change management and when needed; taking ownership on reactive faults/escalations.

**Building/commissioning/testing services function**: Eventually delivering customer integration for any of the products defined within the BT Managed Voice portfolio.

**Voice design solutions support function**: Ability to support and consult on any voice design solutions for customer facing teams supporting the implementation phase, or other BT teams for any inlife issues. Implement and support any customer configurations (including non-standard solutions) across the managed voice network elements and systems involved, including any of the Product features and services supported by them.
- Ability to lead a call with customer individually for any Build/Config/Turn-Up’s or Troubleshoting.
- Ability to quickly learn new products, design and Technical aspects with provided study materials, training sessions and leading it to deliver to new people and team.

Ability to motivate the team, along with the sense of responsibility for acting on behalf of others.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
**Mandatory**:

- Technical qualifications and strong voice technical background with understanding on Cloud services, SIP.
- Strong working knowledge on Voice Signalling protocols on both Legacy platform and IP Products.
- Strong Knowledge and Proven experience on Session Border Controllers (SBC), Juniper, SRX,Telephony Servers, Intelligent Networks, Cisco routers

**Desired but not Mandatory**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with Customers/ Account teams / External distributors
- Ability to work in diversity both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to provide technical analysis and write detailed reports.
- Must possess a cooperative spirit and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Understanding on various voice services/platforms including WebRTC, IP SEC, PCI, TLS..etc

**EXPERIENCE NEEDED**:
International Voice Network experience, including Asia Pac, Europe and USA.
- Very Strong working knowledge on Voice Signalling protocols on both Legacy platform and IP Products.
- Experience of Configuration and Provisioning on multi media Voice platform.
- Extensive command line and Intelligent Network Interface experience.
- Extensive data-build Management experience.
- Experience on call analysis tools for Global platform.

**KEY DECISIONS**:

- Capability of taking Right Decision on Build, Config Changes and Delivery Order flow is required after understanding the customer requirement E2E to satisfy all customers demand.
- Capability of taking Right Decision for standards and Non-Standard solutions on Build, Config Changes and Delivery Order Flow is required.
