We are looking for a **talented and experienced UI/UX Designer** to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex ideas into clean, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences that reflect our brand and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for web and landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to bring design concepts to life.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve user journeys.
- Ensure designs align with VRT’s brand identity and enhance the EGA program’s digital presence.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **1-3 years of proven experience** as a UI/UX Designer (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with user research, persona building, and usability testing.
- Ability to translate business goals into functional and creative design solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
