**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**_Sales Responsibilities:_
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Marketing Responsibilities:_
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Manage on-site promotional activities, events, and customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital content.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of experience** in sales and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site operations.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in [Industry-Specific Knowledge, if applicable].
- Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Multilingual skills (if relevant for the job location).

Pay: ₹8,738.69 - ₹27,915.60 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
