We are looking for Associate Agency partners for our company MAX Life Insurance.
- **Housewive, Retiree’s, Financial Distributors, Tax consultants and all those who wanna start second source of income can apply.**_

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment
- can build your team and work together in a group
- Name Gathering
- Analysing and sorting people from your contacts based on their profile to generate leads
- Evaluate customer's skills, and needs and proposing them the suitable plan
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.

**Requirements**:
1) Min 12th pass, or graduate

2) Must have a 2 wheeler

3) Strong Market Knowledge and network

4) Age group 30 & above
