**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients as directed by the chefs.
- **Kitchen Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all surfaces, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
- **Dishwashing**: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, ensuring they are ready for use by the kitchen staff.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring that all items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated according to health and safety guidelines.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment, ensuring that all appliances are in good working order.
- **Waste Management**: Dispose of kitchen waste in accordance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that waste disposal areas are clean and organized.
- **Support to Chefs**: Provide support to the chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods, helping with plating, garnishing, and other tasks as needed.
- **Compliance**: Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- **Teamwork**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good physical stamina, as the job requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the kitchen.

Pay: ₹10,889.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
