**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Strategic & Planning**
- _Strategy Development:_ Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives.
- _Market Research:_ Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and identify new opportunities and trends.
- _Budget Management:_ Develop and manage campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
- _Risk Assessment:_ Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth campaign execution.

**Execution & Content**
- _SEO/SEM: _Optimize websites and content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns.
- _Social Media: _Manage a brand's social media presence and engage with the online community.
- _Website Optimization:_ Improve user experience and website traffic through various optimization techniques.

**Analysis & Optimization**
- _Performance Tracking:_ Monitor key marketing metrics and analyze digital data to assess campaign success.
- _Reporting:_ Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for stakeholders.
- _Data Analysis:_ Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations for improving campaigns.
- A/B Testing: Plan and execute experiments to measure and improve conversion rates.

**Collaboration & Management**
- _Team Coordination: _Work with designers, developers, and other marketing professionals to create and execute campaigns.
- _Sales Alignment: _Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts and messaging are consistent.
- _Reputation Management:_ Monitor and manage online listings and the brand's online reputation.
- _Trend Monitoring:_ Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
