**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 0-2 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of increasing sales through online channels.
- **Skills**: Expertise in performance marketing, content creation, social media strategies, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- **Creativity & Strategy**: Ability to craft innovative campaigns that engage audiences and convert leads into sales.
- **Tool Proficiency**:

- Google Ads & Analytics
- Facebook Ads Manager
- HubSpot/Zoho Marketing Automation
- SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase **online sales**.
- Create and manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics** and prepare actionable reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
- Work with the web development team to ensure websites and landing pages are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and conversion-focused.
- Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through digital touchpoints.
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.
