Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to achieve business goals by promoting products or services through various digital channels, including social media, websites, email, and paid advertising. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, creating and optimizing website content, managing social media engagement, analyzing data to track campaign performance and ROI, and collaborating with other teams.

Strategic & Planning

  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Execution & Content

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize websites and content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns.
  • Social Media: Manage a brand's social media presence and engage with the online community.
  • Email Marketing: Design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns to engage customers.
  • Website Optimization: Improve user experience and website traffic through various optimization techniques.

Analysis & Optimization

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key marketing metrics and analyze digital data to assess campaign success.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations for improving campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute experiments to measure and improve conversion rates.

Collaboration & Management

  • Team Coordination: Work with designers, developers, and other marketing professionals to create and execute campaigns.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts and messaging are consistent.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and manage online listings and the brand's online reputation.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
