We aim to empower students and professionals with hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies. We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer who can deliver engaging sessions and mentor learners.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating digital marketing training programs. The role requires a blend of practical expertise, teaching ability, and updated knowledge of industry trends to ensure participants gain real-world skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions on various aspects of Digital Marketing:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads)
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Email Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Affiliate Marketing & Influencer Marketing
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and assignments.
  • Conduct workshops, case studies, and live project sessions.
  • Stay updated with industry tools, trends, and algorithm updates.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to learners.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the program.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms & tools.
  • Hands-on experience in running real campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Ads).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and skill-building.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Preferred: MBA or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage.
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
