Business Process Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational issues.
- Support administrative tasks, including documentation and report generation.
- Address and resolve customer queries or escalate them to relevant departments when necessary.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to improve efficiency in operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in operations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience handling inbound calls and customer queries.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software or operational management tools is a plus.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
