
Assistant Editorial Coordinator

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Work Allocation and Task Management**
- Efficiently allocate tasks to team members, vendors, and external contributors (Authors, SMEs, Proofreaders, DTP Vendors) based on their expertise.
- Ensure all work orders are clearly communicated and documented for each task.
- Follow up regularly to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
**2. Quality Control and Review**
- Implement and maintain a checklist system for each stage of the editorial process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Review and verify work at each stage, ensuring that corrections and comparisons are accurate and completed as per standards.
**3. Documentation and File Management**
- Organize and manage all documents and files across all stages of the process, ensuring they are properly stored and easily accessible on Google Drive.
- Ensure that all work orders, checklists, and documentation are up-to-date and maintained systematically.
**4. Vendor and Contributor Coordination**
- Maintain effective communication with external vendors, SMEs, and authors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate billing and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all contributors.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
