**Summary**

As a Psychologist at 24/7 DCT, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate mental health care through our innovative telehealth platform. This position is essential to our mission of enhancing the well-being of our clients while promoting a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, including children and families.
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary to ensure client safety.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with best practices in psychology.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with telehealth regulations.
- Support clients dealing with PTSD and other behavioral health challenges.

**Qualifications**
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Active state licensure as a psychologist or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and PTSD care.
- Strong background working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
- Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques and behavioral health assessments.
- Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy methods.
- Ability to conduct research related to mental health practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
