**Job Title**:
**Founding Licensed Psychologist - Mental Wellness Start-up (3+ Years Experience)**

We are looking for a **licensed psychologist (MPhil / PsyD or PhD)** to join our founding team and co-create a transformative digital wellness platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the psychological backbone of a next-gen product combining human expertise with immersive and AI-driven technologies.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the development of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and mental wellness programs.
- Work closely with product and AI teams to ensure psychological depth, safety, and integrity across the platform.
- Guide the creation of user journeys, emotional states, and behavioral insights to drive engagement and outcomes.
- Oversee content development (e.g., journaling prompts, cognitive exercises, guided sessions).
- Contribute to ethical standards, consent flows, and data privacy best practices.
- Help build a scalable model for human-AI therapy collaboration or hybrid support.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Licensed clinical psychologist with a **MPhil / PsyD or PhD** in Clinical Psychology or related fields (mandatory).
- 3+ years of clinical experience (therapy, assessment, or program development).
- Familiarity with CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, or integrative approaches.
- Strong interest in digital mental health, wellness technology, or blended care models.
- Experience working with diverse populations and inclusive therapeutic practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Proficiency in communication channels like SLACK.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with digital therapeutics, mental health apps, or AI-assisted care tools.
- Knowledge of ethical implications in mental health tech (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
- Passion for designing scalable wellness experiences for underserved communities.
