Remote, India Urban Counsellor Full time

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work with individuals of all ages to help them overcome various mental health challenges, emotional difficulties, and behavioral issues. You will utilize your expertise in psychology to assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based interventions to promote psychological well-being and improve overall quality of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning.
- Diagnose mental health disorders based on clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Implement psychotherapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.
- Monitor clients' progress throughout the therapeutic process and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Offer crisis intervention services and support during times of emotional distress or psychological emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of psychology by participating in continuing education activities.
