**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling channel sales for assigned territory
- Meeting Architects/ Interior Decorators/Furniture industry/Project requirements.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate
- 3 - 4 years in sales job in building materials industry is an advantage.
- Presentation Skills ,Client Relationships Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals.
- Exposure to the building materials industry, especially with Plywood/Hardware/Plumbing or any other related industry is a advantage.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

**Positions**: 3 nos. (Ernakulam, Malappuram, Kannur)

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Experience**: 3 - 4 years

**Salary offer**: ₹30000 + Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
