**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic offline marketing campaigns to promote AyamVeda's range of Ayurvedic products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and healthcare practitioners.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and product samples.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for offline marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of proven experience in offline marketing, preferably in the Ayurvedic or health and wellness sector.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving marketing goals.
- Passion for Ayurveda and natural wellness products is a plus.
