As we expand, we're looking for a Leasing Expert who is performance-driven and passionate about the real estate industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

Manage the end-to-end leasing process for residential and commercial properties.

Generate and convert leads through multiple channels.

Conduct property tours and explain key features and lease terms to prospects.

Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies and market standards.

Draft, review, and manage lease agreements and renewals.

Maintain a database of tenants and keep track of occupancy rates and lease expirations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects.

Stay updated with local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vacant properties.

Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in real estate leasing (residential and/or commercial).

Must be a local resident of Chandigarh.

Proven track record of achieving or surpassing leasing targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.

Deep understanding of lease documentation, local housing laws, and tenant rights.

Experience with property management tools such as Buildium, AppFolio, or Yardi.

Ability to work independently and meet performance-based goals.

Educational background in real estate, business, or marketing is preferred (not mandatory).

Certifications like Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) are a plus.

References from previous landlords, tenants, or employers will be required.
