- **Oracle Cloud Payroll Configuration & Support**:

- Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Configure Payroll elements such as earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxes within Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Ensure the accurate configuration of Payroll Definitions, Payroll Periods, and the management of payroll processing schedules.
- Perform day-to-day payroll operations, including running payroll cycles, resolving errors, and conducting audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide technical support for payroll-related issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- **Fast Formula Development & Customization**:

- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for calculating earnings, deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related data in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing Fast Formulas to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with HR and payroll teams to design and implement custom Fast Formulas that align with specific business needs, such as incentive calculations, overtime, and shift premiums.
- Create and modify validation formulas, aggregation formulas, and other payroll formulas to meet local and global payroll requirements.
- **System Integration & Testing**:

- Manage integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and external systems (e.g., banking, tax, benefits providers).
- Support data migration and system updates related to payroll and Fast Formulas, ensuring that data is transferred correctly and without disruption.
- Test and validate payroll processes after system updates, patches, or enhancements to ensure they operate correctly and meet business needs.
- **Payroll Reporting & Compliance**:

- Develop and maintain payroll-related reports using Oracle Cloud's BI Publisher and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global tax and regulatory requirements, including the generation of statutory reports and filings (e.g., tax filings, social security, etc.).
- Assist in ensuring the company is in compliance with labor laws and tax regulations by configuring payroll to adhere to country-specific legal and reporting standards.
- **Payroll System Optimization & Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate the payroll process to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.
- Recommend best practices and optimize the Oracle Payroll configuration to improve accuracy, efficiency, and system performance.
- Stay up to date with new Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll features, updates, and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.
- **User Training & Support**:

- Provide training to HR and payroll users on the use of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Fast Formula customization.
- Create user documentation and provide ongoing support to ensure employees and managers can effectively utilize the payroll system.
