**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a results-oriented **SaaS Calling Representative** to connect with potential customers, introduce our SaaS offerings, and guide them toward sign-up and onboarding. This role is entirely phone-based and involves explaining product features, handling objections, and supporting the early sales cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to pitch SaaS products to potential users.
- Understand business needs and recommend the right product features or plans.
- Share pricing and onboarding details confidently and clearly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for demos or setup support.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, calls, and next steps.
- Meet monthly goals for call volume, qualified leads, and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in voice-based sales or product promotion, preferably in SaaS or IT services.
- Strong communication and explanation skills.
- Ability to handle product-related queries and convert interest into sign-ups.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms and software subscription models.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured calling processes.
