- **Responsibilities**:_

Assist Production Manager in following activities:

- **Plant Operations.**_
- To achieve production targets along with established operating efficiencies.
- Review present process and operating systems and take steps to de-bottleneck plant operations wherever possible.
- Quality control
- Maintain clean and safe plant.
- Implement a Total Preventive Maintenance Schedule to reduce machine downtime.
- Training and Motivation of staff.
- Must be a Chemical Engineer from a good university with at least first division.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in chlorination, organic pigments/Green Pigment or organic chemical industry.
- Senior Chemists having extensive experience of working in a CPC Blue Crude / Phthalocyanine Pigments Plant can be considered.
- Must be well versed in Hindi and English Language.

They have made a modest beginning in July 1995 by setting up a plant to produce 25 tons/month of Phthalocyanine pigments (Chemicals) at Sonepat. They have managed to sustain an excellent growth rate and are manufacturing more than 500 tons/month currently.

They are particularly known for our superior product quality and timely delivery. Exports account for over 60% of our sales and 95% of our customers are repeat buyers.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
