Should have knowledge about Vanaspati Refinery Acid oil DEO IE Section Monitor daily production activities during the assigned shift to ensure targets are met o Ensure raw materials are available and utilized efficiently to minimize wastage o Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid downtime o Supervise the start-up shutdown and smooth functioning of equipment and machinery o Train and guide workers to maintain productivity and follow standard operating procedures SOPs o Ensure that production meets the required quality standards for oil processing o Collaborate with the Quality Control QC team to address quality issues o Maintain detailed shift logs including production data equipment performance and incidents o Prepare daily production reports and submit them to the Production Manager o Track inventory of raw materials and finished products o Document any maintenance or repair work carried out during the shift Perform routine analytical testing of raw materials in-process samples and finished products o Record and interpret test results accurately maintaining detailed documentation o Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards o Adjust chemical dosages and process parameters as necessary to maintain product specifications o Collaborate with production staff to address any quality issues that arise during shifts o Report any safety hazards or incidents to the production manager o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all analyses and tests conducted o Prepare daily shift reports summarizing quality control activities and findings o Arrange for major repairs or replacements as necessary o Work closely with other shift chemists production supervisors and quality assurance personnel o Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Alwar Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Do you have experience into Vanaspati Refinery plant Experience total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
