Should have knowledge about Vanaspati, Refinery, Acid oil, DEO, IE Section.

Monitor daily production activities during the assigned shift to ensure targets are

met.
- Ensure raw materials are available and utilized efficiently to minimize wastage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid downtime.
- Supervise the start-up, shutdown, and smooth functioning of equipment and

machinery.
- Train and guide workers to maintain productivity and follow standard operating

procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure that production meets the required quality standards for oil processing.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to address quality issues.
- Maintain detailed shift logs, including production data, equipment performance,

and incidents.
- Prepare daily production reports and submit them to the Production Manager.
- Track inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Document any maintenance or repair work carried out during the shift.

Perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and

finished products.
- Record and interpret test results accurately, maintaining detailed documentation.
- Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Adjust chemical dosages and process parameters as necessary to maintain

product specifications.
- Collaborate with production staff to address any quality issues that arise during

shifts.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the production manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all analyses and tests conducted.
- Prepare daily shift reports summarizing quality control activities and findings.
- Arrange for major repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Work closely with other shift chemists, production supervisors, and quality

assurance personnel.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Alwar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
