**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ISMS Coordinator to join our team in Coimbatore.

such as ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and

audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, or SOC 3 audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust risk management frameworks and internal controls.
- Conduct gap assessments and security posture evaluations against ISO 27001 standards.
- Support teams and clients in preparing for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Prepare and maintain internal policies, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Guide development and infrastructure teams on secure software practices and data protection.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational alignment with compliance standards.
- Coordinate with customers and third-party auditors and ensure timely audit readiness.
- Lead or assist in defining incident response, access reviews, and backup procedures.
- Provide compliance support and continuous improvement post-audit.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in ISO 27001 implementation and audit preparation.
- Strong background in information security, compliance consulting, or risk management.
- Experience with SaaS environments, cloud infrastructure, and API security.
- Ability to create and translate complex security requirements into clear, actionable policies.
- Familiarity with audit processes and working directly with customers and external auditors.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance roles.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
- Additional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP are a plus.
- Experience with frameworks like ISO 31000, NIST, and SOC 2 Trust Principles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across development, operations, and leadership teams.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
