**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive assessment system that includes the following elements:

- Framework and yearly calendar to efficiently guide assessment development;
- Data and assessment cycle that comprises gathering, analysing, planning, grading, and reporting;
- Professional development for teachers on assessments and;
- Use of technology to efficiently utilise assessment analysis,

collection, development, and implementation.
- Lead teachers in integrating formative assessment

practices in schools and individual classrooms;
- Provide training and leadership for school teachers;
- Communicate assessment progress, needs, and changes to all stakeholders
- Model and teach best practices in data quality, analysis, and reporting,
- Organise and administer external / benchmarking assessments;
- Conduct meetings as necessary for the proper functioning and

development of assessments in the school.
- **Qualifications**:

- Masters or equivalent or advanced degree from accredited college or university preferred;
- Three to five years of experience in school education
- Possess strong knowledge of types and purposes of assessment and

how to effectively analyse and use assessment data;
- Experience and understanding of best practices in assessment of

learning and assessment for learning Skill, knowledge, and ability to communicate with a broad constituency including parents and teachers.

Compensation**:As per industry standards. Salary will depend on experience and expertise.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
