Experience an exponential growth in your career by becoming part of the Energy team, which is doing an excellent work in diversified, first of its kind projects.Renewable Energy (Solar) Deputy Manager / ManagerLocation : Gurgaon*Requirements:*Must have good knowledge of solar power plant designing conceptsProficient to carry out energy yield for solar plants independently using simulation software such as PV SYST, SAM, etcKnowledge of Google Sketchup, AutoCAD or similar softwareProficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point presentation,Experience with data analytic software such as Power BI, Tableu etc although not essential but preferableExperience in independently preparing Techno-commercial feasibility study, Detailed Project Report, Resource assessment and Energy Yield Assessment for Solar PV projectsAble to do the performance assessment of solar/wind projectsCapability to review Various Contracts / Power Purchase Agreements from the technical matter of concern related to due diligence.Able to provide support in pre bid engineering, detailed engineering designExposure to Energy Storage Systems related to sizing studies for different use casesExperience of working in wind power projects and basic knowledge of storage concepts will be an added advantage.Creating documents, writing reports according to specifications.Capable to conduct research and traveling to sites.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Responsible for planning, coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scopeAble to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projectTime management and professionalism.A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticismYou will work on various projects to requiring technical skills in the following areas:Solar / Wind/ Hybrid/ BESS ProjectsBasic Engineering/ Detailed Engineering/ Owner's Engineering / Lender's Engineering.*Experience:*3-5 years of experience in the renewable industry, preferably in consulting, in the above areasExposure to Lender's Engineering Assignment / Independent Engineering.*Other Requirements & Expectations*:Good communication skills in EnglishStrong interpersonal skillsSelf-disciplined and demonstrated capability to work in multiple projects as a team member/Project ManagerGood organizing abilities and good in prioritizing tasks and co-ordinatio*Required Qualification*B.E/B.Tech - ElectricalMaster's Degree in Energy Studies/Energy System Engineering/ Renewable Energy/ Solar Energy*Special Attributes*Good written & verbal communication skillsAbility to function in teams spread across different geographiesTractebel welcomes candidates from all backgrounds, and actively promotes Diversity in the workforce.Business Unit: TractebelDivision: Tractebel Div2Legal Entity: TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED (IN)Professional Experience: Skilled ( >3 experience
