**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and healthcare organizations.
- Explain the blood bank's services and encourage partnerships and donations.
- Maintain and update client records in the database.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with the operations and donor management teams.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections and answer questions regarding services offered.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for field staff if required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of tele sales or customer service experience (Healthcare/Blood Bank preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Fluent in [languages as applicable - e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
