- Develop production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with other departments such as planning, procurement, and quality control to ensure smooth production operations.

**Supervision of Manufacturing Processes**:

- Oversee the manufacturing processes of tablets, capsules, and liquid medications.
- Ensure that production processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

**Quality Control**:

- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality standards in the production processes.
- Conduct regular checks and inspections to ensure that products meet the required quality specifications.

**Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and resolve any issues or deviations in the production process promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address and rectify production-related challenges.

**Safety and Environmental Compliance**:

- Ensure a safe working environment for production staff.
- Adhere to environmental regulations and implement sustainable practices where applicable.

**New Product Introductions**:

- Collaborate with research and development teams for the smooth introduction of new products into the production line.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement measures to enhance overall production performance.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
