Responsibilities:

- Manage customer accounts, including maintaining records, updating databases, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers in collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure product availability and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of explosive chemical products and related safety regulations is highly

desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
