Ecoste is Hiring - **Edge Banding Machine Operator**

**Role Overview**

Eligibility
- ITI certification or technical training in machine operation (preferred).
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** operating edge banding machines in furniture/woodworking manufacturing.
- Proficiency in handling various edge materials (PVC, ABS, veneer) and adhesives.
- Strong attention to detail to inspect edges for smoothness, adhesion quality, and defect-free finishes.
- Commitment to safety protocols (handling sharp tools, machine guarding, and chemicals).

Job Responsibilities (JD)
- Inspect finished products for defects (gaps, uneven edges, poor adhesion) and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning glue residues, replacing blades, and lubricating parts.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets and maintain material inventory.
- Strictly follow safety guidelines during machine operation and chemical handling (adhesives, solvents).

Pay: ₹11,556.89 - ₹27,489.90 per month
