**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine setup**: Set up the machine, including selecting lenses and loading programs
- **Material preparation**: Prepare raw materials, such as sheet metal
- **Cutting**: Cut materials to create precise shapes and designs
- **Maintenance**: Maintain and repair the machine, including addressing malfunctions
- **Quality control**: Ensure the quality of the cut parts
- **Assembly**: Assemble final products
- **Documentation**: Chart machine performance and keep records of operations
- **Organization**: Keep the work area clean and organized
- **Supplies**: Reorder supplies and fill the bulk tank system

Skills and knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Ability to use tools to keep machines running
- Ability to plan operation sequences
