**Job Title**: VNC Machine Operator / Engineer (with ART COM Knowledge)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure, monitor, and maintain **VNC machines** for remote operations and control.
- Ensure secure and efficient **remote desktop connectivity** for industrial and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to **VNC performance, network latency, or remote communication**.
- Integrate VNC systems with **ART COM (Automation & Communication)** platforms for seamless data exchange.
- Support **remote diagnostics and control** of industrial machines and equipment.
- Collaborate with automation and IT teams to ensure system reliability and data security.
- Maintain **documentation** for network configurations, machine access protocols, and system updates.
- Provide **technical training** to team members on VNC and remote communication tools.
- Implement **safety and security best practices** for remote machine operation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Electronics, Computer Engineering, Automation, or related field**.
- Hands-on experience with **VNC setup, remote desktop tools, and network configurations**.
- Good understanding of **ART COM systems** — automation communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.
- Basic to advanced **network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)**.
- Familiarity with **industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA)** is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple systems remotely.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **remote monitoring of production or industrial machines**.
- Knowledge of **machine-to-machine communication (M2M)** and **IoT integration**.
- Understanding of **cybersecurity practices** in automation networks.
- Certifications in **Networking (CompTIA, Cisco)** or **Automation (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)** are a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
