**Job Description - KNEAT Super User**
CAI is a 100% employee-owned company established in 1996 that has grown to more than 800 people worldwide. We provide commissioning, qualification, validation, start-up, project management and other consulting services associated with operational readiness to FDA regulated and other mission-critical industries.

**Position Description**
Super Users are the KNEAT Subject Matter Experts. They have achieved certification through Power User 2 and have mastered Object Templates, the Deployment Journey and Work Process Mapping. In addition to training, Super Users deploy 2 KNEAT systems under the supervision of a certified KNEAT Super User.

**Requirements**:
- Super Users should have:
- All the requirements met for Power User 2
- Super User Certification
- 7+ years of experience in validation, software systems or engineering in regulated industries
- Previous experience with designing and deploying electronic systems in regulated industries
- Strong Communication and Customer Interface skills
- The ability to lead workshops and interactive design sessions with customers
- The ability to lead large scale software deployment projects
