**Profile - Client Servicing Architect**

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Salary - upto 6.5 LPA CTC

**Experience**:

- Fresher / Min. 3+ yrs (in a client-facing role within the architecture or interior design industry) (Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

**Location - Bangalore**

Strong portfolio showcasing successful interior design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.

Conduct thorough client needs assessments and understand preferences to

deliver tailored design solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and

ensure overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and develop interior design solutions.
- Create detailed design proposals, including mood boards, material selections,

and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure design concepts align with client expectations and project goals.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring

adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless

project execution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design

specifications, drawings, and project schedules.
- Generate reports for clients, providing updates on project milestones and

timelines.
- Address any deviations from the design plan promptly and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
