Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
- Understanding of dermatology and aesthetics, particularly hair loss causes, hair treatment procedures (like PRP, GFC etc) and transplant procedures will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Active listening skills and a genuine desire to understand patient needs and goals.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and concisely.
**Responsibilities**:
- Patient Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with potential patients, thoroughly evaluating their hair loss concerns, medical history, and suitability for hair transplant procedures.
- Treatment Education: Educate patients on the various hair transplant techniques offered at Evoke, clearly explaining the process, benefits, and potential risks involved.
- Treatment Planning: Assist patients in selecting the most appropriate hair transplant approach based on their needs and goals.
- Financial Guidance: Provide detailed information about the costs associated with hair transplant procedures and the available financing options.
- Patient Advocacy: Build trust and rapport with patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive and informative experience throughout the consultation process.
- Post-Consultation Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments, answer patient questions, and address any post-consultation concerns.
- Maintain Patient Records: Document patient consultations, treatment plans, and communication clearly and organized.
