**Job Requirements & Qualifications**
- Minimum educational qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or related field).
- Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking systems.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
**2. Skills & Competencies**
- Sales and marketing expertise.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo).
- Digital marketing and social media knowledge is a plus.
**3. Job Responsibilities**
- Selling travel packages, flights, and hotel bookings.
- Assisting clients with travel planning and documentation.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues.
- Building long-term customer relationships.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
