**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and institutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

**Sales Reporting and Analytics**:

- Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales team performance and provide insights to improve overall productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales metrics, ensuring the team stays on track with goals.

**Cross-Departmental Coordination**:

- Liaise with the marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and training events with the marketing team.

**Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Support the sales team in maintaining and updating the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups in the sales cycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical products and sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and works under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience coordinating sales for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.
- Knowledge of sales strategies in the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with medical sales software or CRM systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
